Are you BYOB?

Yes, bring your own alcohol. We do have a full setup bar, so we can provide you with soda, juice, water, energy drinks, or mixers, but we cannot touch your alcohol. We cannot store it or watch it for you, and we cannot pour it for you. If you are a wine-drinker we have wine glasses and cork screws, but we cannot open your bottles or pour your wine. Please feel free to bring a hard sided or styrofoam cooler if you like, it can be full of beer and ice, or whatever liquor your prefer, but we will check it as you come inside the door to make sure that you have no soda, water, or juice. Please drink in moderation while at Club Cave, nobody likes to party with a drunken swinger. NO soft sided coolers please, they leak everywhere. Hard sided coolers are OK to bring. The cokes cost $1, water is free but bottled water is $3, and energy drinks are $4. Juice is $3, and our mixers are $3.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes. You must bring your ID. No I.D. = No Entrance! If you do not have a membership you will need your ID to fill out the membership application. If you are already a member you may need to present your ID if the person at the door does not recognize you so that they can verify you are the person whose membership card you are presenting! "ID" means any government issued picture ID, your library card, or student ID from school will not suffice.

What should I wear?

Dress as sexy as you like! You can now wear your NICE DRESS JEANS , NO baggy, ripped, or torn jeans, this includes those new style pre-worn jeans. No flip flops, flats, tennis/athletic shoes, T-shirts, shorts, or ball caps, this rules applies to both men and women. Door-person has final say on the dress code, and if you are not dressed properly your entrance to the club will be denied. The doorman does not care that you spent $200 on a pair of athletic shoes or a pair of worn out jeans, Club Cave is always DRESS TO IMPRESS. Ladies may dress as sexy as they wish, and for the men we expect dress slacks with a button down shirt, dress jeans and something nicer than a T-shirt is the minimum for men. Ladies are expected to wear a heel of some kind, at least 1/2 inch, unless there is a medical reason. On theme nights, if you are in a costume, then the dress code does not apply. For example, if you are arriving on Toga night, and you have sandals to go with your toga, then that would be great! If you are wearing pink neon flip flops to go with your toga, then that would not be so great!

What time should I arrive?

The earlier the better. You will get a better table, and better parking, and the first opportunity at the best areas! However, the majority of the crowd doesn't start arriving till after 9:30 or 10 every night.

Are Single Males ever allowed?

Single males are ONLY allowed on Thursday nights, NO EXCEPTIONS are made for this rule. Club Cave is open Friday and Saturday nights for Couples and Single Females ONLY. "Quality" single gentlemen swingers that have proven themselves to be "quality" may be offered a "single male" membership that is ONLY good for Thursday nights. If it is your first time to Club Cave we will not offer you a single male membership. The owners and the staff must get to know you a bit before we offer you a single male membership, and only quality single "Gentlemen" swingers will be approved. DO NOT bring your best "female friend" just to try and get you into the couples ONLY areas while she just sits in the room waiting for you to have fun, we will catch you, BAN you instantly, and you will never return to our club. We are very strict with the single male rules, our couples that do partake in any play with single males really appreciate that we filter out the bad single males from our club quickly, and give them the quality gentlemen swingers that they seek.

What are the Members like?

All of our members are intelligent and respectful people that present themselves well, articulate, and treat other members with respect and politeness. Our members are very friendly and respectful, creating an atmosphere that is easy to feel comfortable in. All our members are discreet and respect one another's privacy. The motto is: "what goes on at Club Cave STAYS at Club Cave". For the most part our annual members are height & weight proportionate and between the ages of 21 to 60, give or take a few years. Most of our members tend to be in their 30's and 40's. This is also what our members are looking for in fellow members. We recommend you arrive early if you are applying for membership, as the membership committee members are sometimes deeply involved in their own parties after midnight or so! People ask if there is some kind of weight limit or height/weight that we are looking for. No, every person carries themselves different and 250 pounds on one 5'10" person might look totally different than 250 pounds on another 5'10" person! Our members are not as concerned about weight as they are about attitude and an appreciation for the lifestyle, coupled with respect for others in the lifestyle! In this lifestyle personality really does mean more than appearance! Since people keep asking for specifics, though, if you are 400 pounds and 5'4", then odds are good that our members would not approve you!

It's Our First time, What should we expect?

The most important thing to understand is that nothing is ever expected of you. You may simply dance, talk, or watch. There are many regulars of the lifestyle that do just that. Our members are very respectful creating a comfortable enjoyable atmosphere. You are ALWAYS in control. We strive to create an erotically charged atmosphere for our members to feel at ease. The number one rule at any Couples Lifestyle function is “No Means No!” If anyone at the club makes you feel uncomfortable at any time let us know right then and we’ll take care of it.. We absolutely will not tolerate aggressive or rude behavior. We also promote safety in all areas of play and pleasure! If a disagreement or arguement erupts and disturbs the atmosphere of the club EVERYONE involved will be asked to leave, we will NOT try to figure out who is in the right or wrong.

BUT What should we expect from the people?

Understand that this club caters to couples. We have a full setup bar, a main club area with tables and chairs, a dance floor, and the most technical light show in Houston. But first and foremost we provide a place for couplels to get out of the house and have adult-oriented fun without feeling out of place. Yes, there are rules, but the rules are designed insure everyone has a chance for a fun party. No one will expect you to do anything, no one will pressure you. Everyone will be friendly, and if you are approached by someone you are not interested in, we ask that you politely but firmly decline. A common response to this situation is "Not tonight, thank you, maybe some other time" if you wish to leave your options open.

How do I obtain a Membership to Club Cave

We run our club as any private membership organization would. You can fill out an application form at the club. You can fill out a pre-screening application online, but the final decision will rest with the membership committee members at the club when you arrive. Couples memberships are only good for the couple purchasing the membership not 1 person and several different people they intend to bring. However, we will count polyamorous relationships as a couple! Please remember to bring your drivers license with you for identification. You can apply for a 1-week trial membership (for $25 per couple) on any night we are open. You can also apply for an annual membership on any night we are open, pending membership approval. Please remember that after paying your membership fees the appropriate COVER CHARGES still apply. Our PRICES are listed HERE! We are looking for couples and singles in the Swinger's lifestyle who are generally height/weight proportionate and present themselves in a professional, classy, or friendly manner; essentially those will will bring something to the party, or at least not detract from the party! Not everyone will be accepted for membership. If you are obesely overweight, if you show up arguing with your partner, if you are loudly condescending, or if we feel you simply will not fit in with the majority of our members then you may be turned down for membership. You may email recent, tasteful, full-body pictures along with a description if you would like our best guess as to whether the membership committee would probably decline you or not (PLEASE - Do not send nude pictures!). In the end, it's up to the membership committee member that meets with you on your first night out. This is not a scary process. If you are anywhere close to an average couple with an open-minded attitude, then you will be welcomed!

How should we approach someone if we are interested?

Your own personal style is just that: Your own personal style! However, one of the best things to remember is that there are TWO people in a couple. Please make sure you take both people's feelings into consideration. No one likes to be left out. Many times the ladies will approach the other lady to find out if there is interest, but that is an observation, not a suggestion!

Must we have a membership to attend the club?

Yes. All that enter Club Cave must have at least a 1-week trial membership to attend club cave. One week trial memberships are easier to obtain earlier on Thursdays and Fridays, than Late on a Saturday night when the club may already be full!

Are there any drugs?

No! If we detect any illegal drugs your membership will be revoked on the spot and you will ejected from the Club. If we have reason to suspect illegal drug use the mangement may ask you to step aside and turn out your pockets and purses. You have the right to refuse this request, but refusal will also mean your membership will be revoked and you will leave the Club permanently. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any and all illegal drugs. Club Cave does not allow entrance to the club if you are already intoxicated or in any other kind of "altered state", please be aware that all Club Cave staff has been fully trained to watch for these things. What you do on your time is not our concern, and we do not want to hear about it! But please do not bring it into Club Cave! I have been yelled at and cussed out on many occassions because I've turned away someone who appeared to be on drugs, or inebriated. That's okay. You can yell and cuss all you like, you just can't come in if my staff or myself feel like you may be a danger to yourself (ie. cannot stand, speak, walk straight). If you are coming into the club in that state, then I have to assume you are going to drink and alter your mental state further while you are here, and that will ruin other people's fun. If you are turned away for being ridiculously drunk, then you are welcome to come back when you sober up. If you must get drunk to go to a swinger's club, then perhaps you should not be going to a swinger's club.

Do you have lockers?

No, Club Cave does not have lockers, we DO have shelves in most of the rooms, and you are welcome to bring a duffel bag for clothes. Some of the ladies like to change outfits several times per night, and they usually bring a bag with them and keep it at their table. If you have lockers to sell, then please contact us, as we would LIKE to have lockers!

How Smoky is the place, as we are non-smokers?

We do not allow Cigars or Pipes, but cigarettes are okay. Our A/C System ports in fresh air from outside, and ionized smoke-eaters scrub the air inside of the club clean. With all of that, regular cigarette smoke is not a problem in the club and most sensitive non-smokers are happy with the air quality. Since we do not allow smoking upstairs, you can always spend time up in the "play" areas if the smoke ever starts to get to you. Since Saturday night is our busiest night, if you really hate cigarette smoke, I recommend trying a Friday night.

Use of equipment and certain furniture

Certain pieces of equipment and/or furniture have a maximum weight limit inside of Club Cave, namely the sex swing, and the "portable" stages with a dance pole. The maximum allowed weight in the swing is a 200 pounds. Any furniture that does have a weight limit will have a VERY visible sign stating the maximum limit. The limit is set by the manufacture of the equipment. For your safety and comfort please follow all rules listed here, and in the club.

No Cameras, Camera-phones, or any audio or video recording devices. (you can bring your camera phone in, but if you are caught using the camera, you will be banned from the club)
