Your application for pre-screening will be reviewed by a member of the membership committee. The committe member that reviews your application has full discretion to accept or deny any membership with no explanation required. Generally, they are looking for fun couples, 21-55 yrs of age, well dressed, fun, and that are NOT morbidly obese, and enjoy the Swinging Lifestyle!

You do NOT have to do the pre-screening. You are welcome to apply in person if you wish, the pre-screening may save you time, and there is no GUARANTEE that there will be someone available in person to interview you at the Club.

Please read this agreement entirely before filling out the form!  Club Cave is a private association created to further the free practice of an alternative lifestyle of like minded couples and single females.  We meet in a private, BYOB, member’s only social club.  We do not provide or sell alcoholic beverages of any kind.  Club Cave is open to couples and single females over the age of 21.  There is a dress code in effect.  Additionally, you may be interviewed by a member of the membership committee before being granted a membership.    You must understand that this is a Lifestyle Couples Club (Swingers club), and that adult oriented activity may be taking place in certain areas.  This type of activity must not be offensive to you.  If you apply for membership below, it is a legal representation that you are not offended by consenting adult nudity or adult activity.  Please feel free to bring your own alcohol or cooler (but you may not bring setups or mixers), however we ask that you consume alcohol responsibly and arrange for a ride home or have us call a cab if you overdo it.  If you are seen using or possessing any illegal drugs in or around the club you will be asked to leave, forfeit your membership and you will be reported to the local law enforcement.  No cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed within the premise of any club function without the consent of Club Cave.  Violation of this rule will result in criminal trespass charges.  For everyone's safety, you must follow all posted signs.

● I understand that this is a private social club.  Not open to the public.  I understand that my application for membership may be reviewed by a committee of members.  I further understand that there is no refund if my membership is ever revoked.

● I understand that my entry into the Club does not imply or guarantee that I will see any nudity or engage in any sexual activity.  My membership fees and cover charges allow me access to the facility, anything else that happens is between consenting adults.

● I further represent that I am responsible for knowing how to operate and safely use any equipment or furniture at the Club and will hold the Club blameless for any injury.
